Sankalp has an experience of 15 years across various industries. He made umpteen deals as an employee for the last firm he worked, all of which proved to be immensely fruitful. This dawned upon him his inclination and love towards everything that encompasses the domain of business solutions, be it deal- negotiation or strategy alignment. This realisation gave birth to VidVox as a consulting firm, set up to help small and medium enterprises augment their business. At VidVox, Sankalp works tirelessly to build partnerships and to find the right set of advisors who have the right knowledge.

Prior to VidVox, Sankalp worked as an Executive Director with the Kairali Group where he used to manage Groups’ operations, finance, IT, and human resources.  He headed the product division sales team and was instrumental in introducing accountability and sales effective solutions across the group for both national and international projects. Before that, Sankalp worked with an investment bank, Nucleus Partners, that specialised in fund-raising, M&A, and joint ventures. Traveling further back in time, Sankalp was the Business Development head at Quantum Leap Performance Solutions.
